Refund policy

Returns

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. Items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging. To ensure your return is processed, please keep proof of shipment in case of loss, theft, or any other issue. Without this proof, we cannot confirm that the item has been returned. Additionally,if the item shows signs of use, damage, or any defect that affects its resale, the refund will not be granted and the item will not be returned.

To request a return, you can contact us at info@peacebychrist.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the address to which the package should be sent. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damaged Items or Errors

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including products marked as final sale, promotional items, and gift cards. If you are unsure about a product, please contact us.

Exchanges

The easiest way to exchange an item is to return the item you wish to exchange and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If your refund is approved, it will be issued automatically via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank may require additional time before the refund is reflected in your account.
